Tinghao Zhou wins 2024 Mellon/ACLS Dissertation Innovation Fellowship

Film and Media Studies doctoral candidate Tinghao Zhou is one of the recipients of the highly competitve 2024 Mellon/ACLS Dissertation Innovation Fellowships, which were “designed to support emerging scholars as they pursue bold and innovative research in the humanities and interpretive social sciences.” Zhou is one of only 45 fellows chosen from more than 700 applicants (press release here).

Zhou’s project is entitled “At the Ends of Media: E-Waste Pollution, Secondhand Extraction, and Environmental Politics in Guiyu, China.” Congratulations, Tinghao!
